lonely cart?

Is this an abandoned shopping cart I see?? No, it isn't. It's about 8 PM on a Friday night which means that tomorrow is recycling collection day. Mama trash picker knows that her neighbors pails are full with plastic, glass and metal gold. She has just left her cart on the corner while she prowls through alleyways (also known as trespassing) sifting for treasure. Gotta get all that good stuff before the city can beat her to it.

back to normal??

After a relatively quiet month or so, it appears that these poodle-heads are picking up steam again. This is at least the third load of crap that they've brought in today. Any wonder why we find it impossible to sit in our backyard and simply enjoy a quiet afternoon? That's right, with this pair, there is no such thing!

a long day

What a long day this Monday has been. First, they're up at the crack of dawn and now they're still at it at 10 PM. I know that it's hard to see 'em in this picture, but believe me, they're out there.

crack of dawn

It's 6:30 am on a Monday morning and look what we have: two carts loaded up and ready to be redeemed. What time do you think these morons up to sort out this crap???

Keep in mind that it generally takes these idiots about two hours sort through their collected crap. You do the math. How would you like to have to hear these shit-for-brains at that hour??

what heat???

So what if it's 95+ degrees on a Saturday evening in July? Bottles and cans aren't going to collect and sort themselves, are they???
