After the party last night that ran until nearly 12:30 AM (after a 5 PM start), the animals next door are at it again. Even though it is illegal to burn wood and have an open flame in NYC that doesn't stop these asses. Never mind that the fire dept came last month and extinguished the same sort of fire. I guess that one month is as long as these POS can possibly contain themselves.
